Experience Counts. Once you have viewed the home you want to buy and have made an offer, this will be put to the sellers, both verbally and in writing. If your offer is accepted we then instruct the solicitors who act for you and the seller. We are happy to recommend a solicitor to you if you do not have one. We are also able to recommend an Independent financial Advisor to discuss your mortgage arrangements if you do not have one.

During the progression of the sale we will keep you updated advising you when the mortgage valuation is being carried out and at what point the legal process has reached. On exchange of contracts, the legal and binding point of sale, the completion date is set and it is on that date you will collect the keys from us for your new home.
